How active-role capacity works

An active role is one distinct search being worked on at a time.

Rolling capacity

When a role is filled or closed, another role can take its place within your plan's capacity.

Example

On Momentum, Alphabet Edd may actively manage up to six searches at one time. If one role is filled, another can be added without changing your plan.

Grouped roles

Multiple vacancies with the same title, level, location and candidate profile may be managed as one search. Where the hiring volume materially increases the work required, we agree the appropriate capacity during scoping.

Complex searches

Executive and highly specialised searches may require additional capacity depending on the complexity of the market and search.

Your hiring needs can change

You are not locked into a long engagement period.

Move between levels of recruitment capacity as your hiring requirements grow or reduce.
